Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your KRZY Media Lab account and all associated data at any time. This includes your profile information, Facebook Page access tokens, linked Instagram Business account IDs, and any scheduled or published post records we hold on your behalf.

Email support@krzymedialab.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm receipt and verify ownership before processing.

Once verified, we permanently delete your account data — including all stored Meta / Facebook and Instagram access tokens — within 30 days. You may also revoke our access immediately at any time from the in-app Connections page, or from your Meta Business Settings, which severs our ability to publish on your behalf.
